The Center
has a five-point funding plan to keep its facility functioning.
One of those plans involves fundraising. Below are
several opportunities available for individuals, groups, and businesses
to either organize a fundraising event or donate directly to the

EVENT
Thanks to Jerry Rabushka at
Ragged Blade Theatre in starting this
effort, numerous other leaders and organizations have now joined forces
with the Center to form fundraising alliances. The Center
provides a representative, information, or raffle tickets/items while
the host provides the party or actual event. Portions of the
proceeds are donated to the Center as a tax-deductible contribution.

Center is an affiliate for many LGBT-owned and -friendly
businesses. Purchase your gifts and give back to The Center
at the same time! A portion of the sale generated through any

Join the Donorship Program of the
Lesbian Gay Bi Transgender Community Center of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Your dollars, as few or as plentiful as they can be, will keep The
Center's doors open and operating at optimum. Every dollar counts
because one dollar buys paper clips and one thousand dollars creates a
program. Remember that your dollars will support:

DONOR
PROGRAM FOR CORPORATIONS
The
businesses and corporations that have been major donors to our efforts
up to now have been our Seed Donors. They have planted the seeds that
have gotten us up and running. You can now be a Foundation Donor. All
corporate donors in The Red Level of Sylvia Rivera,
The Orange Level of Leslie Cheung, and The Yellow
Level of Ruth Ellis will become a Corporate
Foundation Donor. All Foundation Donors will be listed
on The Center's website as well as on various media
distributed to the public (anonymity provided upon request). This honor
will go to all of you who contribute to the development and lasting
maintenance of The Center.

OF DONATION
There
are several ways to get your donation to the Center:

Monthly Donation w/
PayPal: There
are several levels of Donorship. If you want to be a higher level donor
but the initial cost is a challenge you can still be that The Orange
Level of Barbara Gittings donor through our direct deposit program.
Just like your phone bill you can have a certain amount deducted from
your checking account that will go directly to The Center. Select an
Option, then click the "PayPal Donate" button below (NOTE: Now, it is NOT necessary to have a PayPal
account to donate funds through PayPal.):
As stated above, a community being self sufficient and supporting
itself is a most empowering thing to the community and to an
individual. In that remember that all of your donations to The Center
come back to you in the Spring of the year
To cancel the monthly
donation, please contact us at (314) 367-1166
during our hours of operation. If you created a PayPal
account, you may unsubscribe through your account by, first, logging in
as usual. Click "Profile" at the top of the page, then "My
Preapproved Payments" in the Financial Information column.
Click "View the Agreement" next to The Center's name, then click either
"Cancel" or "Cancel automatic billing" and follow the instructions.

On-Time
Donation
w/ Paypal: Click the button below to make a one-time
donation. You will be
directed to a SECURE
PayPal website with our name entered. Use your emailed PayPal
receipt, which will include YOUR NAME, as
verification of your donation. NOTE: Now, it is NOT necessary to have a PayPal
account to donate funds through PayPal.

Send a check or money order payable to "LGBT Center of St. Louis" to

The Center will send a tax-deductible donation letter to the person and
address indicated on the form.

Person:
Donations can be accepted at events where a Center representative is
available. A donation letter can be mailed to the
donor for
